Founding attorney Michael Massey was born in Corpus Christi, Texas. He earned his undergraduate degree from Baylor University and subsequently attended Baylor Law School, where he was Associate Editor of the Baylor Law Review.
Mr. Massey specializes in business law, commercial real estate transactions, and banking and finance, including representing lenders and borrowers. He regularly represents owners and developers of retail, industrial, and office projects, and his varied client base includes buyers, sellers, owners, developers, and investors in the acquisition, sale, development, and financing of improved and unimproved real estate. In addition, Mr. Massey advises tenants and landlords of commercial properties, and represents clients in the formation of business entities.
Mr. Massey has been recognized by Martindale Hubbell receiving the AV Preeminent rating and was named Texas Super Lawyer in 2009 and 2010.
